Gymnasiade 2024: school badminton competition
Young players from Rivne schools competed for medals.
On 27 April 2024, Rivne hosted a school badminton competition as part of the 2024 Gymnasiade. Teams of boys and girls from Rivne general secondary schools took to the courts.
The competition was held with the Badminton Federation of the Rivne region: umpiring, scoreboards, and medals for the winners and runners-up.
Competitions like this are part of the club’s work with children and young people: making badminton popular among pupils, building sporting skill, and giving them a few hours’ break from the war.
