Programme partners
Adaptive sport is impossible without medical oversight, participant referrals and venues. Here is who does this together with us.
Rivne Regional Clinical Hospital
Rehabilitation of veterans, referral of participants to training, advice on load and contraindications.
“Veteran Space”, Rivne Regional Council
Communication with the veteran community, a space for meetings, joint events.
Regional “Sport for All” centre
Support in organising and running sport-and-health events, and in developing adaptive and veteran sport, involving veterans, people with disabilities, young people in education and athletes.
“Rivne Dream” Basketball Club
Developing wheelchair basketball. Joint mass sports events involving school pupils, college students, students of the Olympic Reserve Sports School and the Lishchuk Academy, coaches and “Rivne Dream” players, as well as veterans and people with disabilities from the “Rivne Victory” team.
Rivne Professional College of Information Technology
A veteran development centre. Inclusive sports and educational infrastructure. A space for meetings, discussions, learning, training, tournaments and professional development courses. Sport-and-health mass events involving students, teachers, veterans, their family members and people with disabilities.
Doka Dog canistherapy centre
Dog-assisted therapy sessions at the “Badminton for All” festivals — for veterans, service members in rehabilitation, children and families. They help relieve tension and make the first contact with sport warmer.
