Programmes
We adapt every direction to the group — format, rules and load. Below is what runs now and what is in development.
Badminton for all
Play standing or seated, individual sessions and pairs. A good first experience of adaptive sport and a way to keep fit.
Football for all
A direction for servicemen with amputations and after injuries. Training on crutches or with a prosthesis; rules and pitch size fit the group.
Sitting volleyball
A team Paralympic discipline. Played on the floor with a lower net — accessible to people with lower-limb and spinal injuries.
Basketball. Veterans
For older sports veterans. A moderate pace, with the focus on playing and company. A separate project with its own community.
Rehabilitation camps
A few days out of town: training, rest, company. For veterans and family members. The “My REHAB” and “Camps” projects.
New directions
We are ready to add a discipline if there is a group, a coach and a venue. Tell us what is missing for you.
Suggest a directionHow to join.
Message us, or ask through the hospital’s rehabilitation unit or the Veteran Space. A coach will get in touch and choose a direction.

A first meeting commits you to nothing.
All adaptive sports
Each card links to its own page with the schedule, the coach’s contact, and how accessible the venue is.
Air badminton
The outdoor version of badminton: a heavier, wind-resistant shuttle and play on any flat surface — asphalt, grass, sand or paving.

A Paralympic team sport played on the floor over a lower net — one of the most accessible team ball sports for people with lower-limb injuries.
Learn more →Para table tennis
The para-athletics version of table tennis, for wheelchair users and standing players, classified by ability. Low physical strain, lots of technique.
Learn more →Petanque
A calm, precision game with metal boules. Very low physical strain — can be played standing, seated, or from a wheelchair.
Learn more →Pickleball
A paddle sport on a small court that blends tennis, badminton and table tennis. Wheelchair pickleball is a recognised format.
Learn more →Boccia
A Paralympic precision ball sport designed specifically for people with severe motor impairments — playable from a wheelchair, lying down, or with an assistive ramp.
Learn more →Para archery
Para archery with adaptive equipment — stands, wheelchair mounts, and release aids — for athletes with a range of abilities.
Learn more →Buhurt
Historical full-armour team combat. A high-intensity contact sport — more about strength and grit than a “low barrier to entry”.
Learn more →Para jiu-jitsu
Brazilian jiu-jitsu adapted for athletes with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities. Ground grappling does not require standing, so it works for wheelchair users too.
