Adaptive & veteran sport

Sport for recovery — free of charge

Training for war veterans, people with injuries and amputations, and people with disabilities. Together with doctors, at your own pace, at no cost.

What it is

Movement as part of rehabilitation

The Rivne region, and the city of Rivne in particular, is home to many veterans recovering from injuries. Returning to sport helps more than the body — it brings back confidence, routine and a circle of people. We adapt badminton, basketball, table tennis, volleyball and other sports so that people on prostheses, in wheelchairs and with limited mobility can play. All adaptive and veteran groups are free. This is a matter of principle for the project.

Three steps

  1. Get in touch

Directly, through the hospital’s rehabilitation unit, or through the Veteran Space.

Kit and equipment are ours. Companions are welcome to stay nearby.

More than training
